Refund and Return Policy

Because our products are printed on demand and made especially for you, we follow the Dutch and EU rules for custom-made items (maatwerk producten) and general consumer protection. Please read the policy below.

1. Custom-made products – No returns for change of mind

All items in our shop are made to order through our production partner (Printify).
For this reason, returns or refunds are NOT accepted for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Customer changing their mind

  • Customer not liking the product

  • Minor variations in print colour or placement (normal with print-on-demand)

These products fall under EU law for goods made to consumer specifications.

2. Damaged, defective or incorrect products (7-day window)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • A short description of the issue

Once approved, we will replace the item free of charge, or offer a refund.

3. Shipping costs for returns

If we ask you to return the item , return shipping is at the customer’s expense, unless the item was incorrect or defective.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

4. Wrong address entered

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the order cannot be refunded or replaced.

5. Order cancellations

Because production begins shortly after the order is placed, cancellations are only possible within 1 hour after purchase.
